Implementation

No engagement is too big or too small. If it matters to you, then it matters to us. Our experience ranges from engaging every member of the marketing community in a global energy company, to working with local teams in every store in one of the world’s biggest and most successful clothing retailers, to involving every one of the 80,000 people in a public sector department who were transforming their business.

How we do it is based on what will create the most impact and what works for you. Programmes can include combinations of:
Conferences
Workshops
Team meetings
e-learning

Conferences
We have worked with many of the world's biggest companies in creating compelling and engaging conferences. Organisations around the globe have engaged us to create sales conferences, senior management conferences, Road shows etc. that are above and beyond the ordinary. Workshops
Workshops are much more an intensive session for smaller groups of people than conferences and the facilitation is more intimate. Our workshop sessions are usually centered on groups of up to 25 people working in teams of 4 or 5 lasting from half a day to 2 or 3 days. Like our conferences we ensure a mixture of engaging formats and media that will keep participants involved throughout, allowing them to learn what needs to be achieved and commit to action.

Team meetings
Team meetings are usually driven locally by section heads and managers and are usually part of a cascade programme to engage a large audience. The toolkits we create will allow the managers to run these sessions of between 30 minutes and 1 hour that can then be repeated on a weekly basis until the programme has completed.

e-learning
Our e-learning modules are created when clients have groups of people operating in different parts of the world and it is difficult to bring them together, or when there is a requirement for individuals to focus on different topics in their own time, or as part of a larger programme where the key changes are perhaps being sustained through this media.
