Cultural Change takes years rather than months to deliver. We have worked with organisations to look at all aspects of their business and to align everyone of their employees behind the culture they want to see. This will involve working with your leadership team to clarify or create your vision and values, to create a Leadership Framework and to fully embrace the need for change and their role in it. Looking at your Communications strategy and vehicles to improve them or to add new ones. Engaging every one of your people in understanding the rationale for change, what the changes are and what their role in the change is. Looking at your organizational Identity to establish that it is aligned with your vision and values. Considering how you reward and recognise people and implementing a new process if needed. The areas that must be aligned to achieve the changes you want to see are numerous, but we will work with your top team to identify what needs to be done before setting out a plan of action and putting in place measures of success.
